Hey guys, Lynn here, and this is my new and improved blog. I’ll be covering nutrition and fitness today as this is a topic I am passionate about. I never have been really overweight or “fat.” I grew up having a pretty normal body weight and even participated in quite a few athletic type events in my student years. I was actually a cheerleader in high school.
But I added the “freshman fifteen” in college. It was OK–I still looked pretty good if I do say so myself. I just didn’t want to continue gaining weight as I went through my college years. That’s why after I got adjusted a little bit with the school schedule I started looking into fitness programs. Some of my friends have done Crossfit and other stuff, but I wanted to try something a little bit different.
That’s when I rand across a post that reviewed a program specifically for women: http://musclereview.net/the-venus-factor-review/
I wasn’t too sure about it before reading this article, but it seemed like it was legit. I took a chance and ordered/downloaded it. I have to say that investing in the Venus Factor was a pretty good decision. I’m not saying that it’s the only good program out there, but it really has been effective for me. It has shown me exactly how to train and eat as a young woman who wants to get into shape.
I have put on a few pounds of muscle and dropped a whole lot of body fat. It’s really been a great feeling to have people complement me on my body (in a classy way, of course). My fitness journey has been awesome so far.
